Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products/services.
  • Handle cold calling, follow-up calls, and inbound sales inquiries.
  • Identify and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Onboard clients and maintain proper documentation.
  • Develop strong product knowledge (debentures, equity derivatives, etc.).
  • Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and market policies clearly to clients.
  • Conduct client briefings and presentations before onboarding.
  • Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to customer needs.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Track personal sales performance and conversions.
  • Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to nurture and retain clients.
  • Handle customer objections and negotiate when required.
  • Build long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
  • Share market feedback, customer insights, and competitor information with management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service roles.

  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to conduct virtual client demos.
  • Multilingual communication skills (Telugu/Hindi preferred).
  • Experience in target-driven environments with incentive-based structures.
