Manaksia Maharashtra Seamless informs about closure of trading window
In terms of Company's Internal Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons, formulated in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, Maharashtra Seamless has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed for the Designated Persons covered under the said Code of the Company with effect from Tuesday, 1st July, 2025 and will open 48 hours after declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025 will be intimated in due course.
