Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ending June 30, 2025, for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from Tuesday, July 1, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial Results of the Company to Stock Exchanges.
