Landmark Property Development Company has informed that in terms of the SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 read with the Stock Exchange(s) circular dated April 02, 2019, the trading restriction period is required to commence not later than end of every quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results. Accordingly, the notice is hereby given that the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their relatives from Tuesday, July 1, 2025 till 48 hours after the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 become generally available information. Please note that no dealing in the securities of the Company is permissible during the closure of Trading Window.
