Keystone Realtors zooms on bagging redevelopment project in Andheri West
The proposed redevelopment is expected to generate a Gross Development Value of around Rs 3,000 crore

Keystone Realtors is currently trading at Rs. 656.45, up by 30.55 points or 4.88% from its previous closing of Rs. 625.90 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 668.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 688.00 and Rs. 646.35 respectively. So far 11269 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 799.95 on 11-Nov-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 484.00 on 09-May-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 688.00 and Rs. 559.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 8290.23 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 78.35%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 19.29% and 2.37% respectively.
Keystone Realtors has been selected by 8 housing societies as the developer for the large-scale cluster redevelopment project in the highly sought after residential neighbourhood of Andheri West, Mumbai. The Development Agreement (DA) has already been executed with 5 societies, while LoIs have been received from the remaining 3 societies, with DA execution expected over the next few days.
The project involves the redevelopment of a cluster of private housing societies located in the heart of Andheri’s vibrant residential hub, with a cumulative plot area of approximately 4.75 acres (19,229 square meters), encompassing 548 existing members. The proposed redevelopment is expected to unlock a saleable area of approximately 10.6 lakh square feet and generate a Gross Development Value (GDV) of around Rs 3,000 crore.
