Banswara Syntex has informed that the 49th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 30th July, 2025 at 4:00 pm (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) to transact the businesses as listed in the Notice of AGM. Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), it enclosed the Notice convening 49th AGM and Annual Report for the Financial Year 2024-25 which is being sent to the Members/shareholders whose email addresses are registered with the Company/Depository, through electronic mode on Wednesday, 2nd July, 2025. Further, in accordance with Regulation 36(1)(b) of the Listing Regulations, the Company will be sending a letter to Shareholders whose e-mail addresses are not registered with Company/DPs providing the weblink from where the Annual Report can be accessed on the Company’s website. Also pursuant to Regulation 36(1)(c) of Listing Regulations, hard copy of the annual report will be sent to those shareholders who request for the same.
