Energy Infrastructure Trust informs about board meeting
Energy Infrastructure Trust has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of EnCap Investment Manager, acting in its capacity as Investment Manager of Energy Infrastructure Trust (Trust), will be held on Thursday, July 10, 2025, to consider and declare distribution to unitholders for and on behalf of the Trust. The record date for the purpose of aforesaid distribution, if declared, will be Tuesday, July 15, 2025. In accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading of the Trust, the trading window for dealing in units of the Trust by the Designated Persons is closed from July 1, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial information of the Trust for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Further, the said intimation is also available on the website of the Trust, www.pipelineinvit.com.
