Pan India Corporation informs about book closure

Pan India Corporation has informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. 04th July, 2025, have considered and approved the following: Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), the Annual General Meeting (41st AGM) of the Members of the Company will be held on Sunday, the 03rd day of August, 2025 at 10:30 AM IST through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM) facility in accordance with General Circular No. 09/2024 date September 19, 2024 and Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2024/133 dated October 3, 2024 issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India respectively; Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from 28th July, 2025 to 03rd August, 2025 (Both days Inclusive) for the purpose of AGM; Appointment of Pritika Nagi, Company Secretary in practice, proprietor of Pritika Nagi & Associates, as the Scrutinizer for e-Voting for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
