As required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Part A, Para A (7) of the Listing Regulations, Tejas Networks has informed that Sembian Venkatesan, Chief Supply Chain Officer, and Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company, has resigned from the services of the Company on July 4, 2025, for personal reasons. The Company has accepted the resignation and has agreed to relieve him from the services, with effect from close of business hours of July 14, 2025. Further, relevant details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular Ref: SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, with regard to change in Senior Management Personnel are given in Annexure, and copy of the resignation letter is attached.
