Brightcom Group informs about revocation of suspension in trading of BCG shares

Brightcom Group has informed that BSE and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) have officially communicated their decision to revoke the suspension in trading of equity shares of Brightcom Group. As per the notifications received- Date of Circular: July 04, 2025; Effective Date of Revocation: Trading in equity shares will resume from July 14, 2025; Trading Group: On BSE, trading will resume under the 'T' group. On NSE, the trading will take place in the 'BE' series on a trade-for-trade basis; Special Pre-open Session: Shares of the Company will be part of a Special Pre-open Session (SPOS) for IPOs & Relisted Scrips on July 14, 2025, as per the guidelines provided by both Exchanges. This revocation marks a significant turning point, reinstating liquidity and enabling price discovery for our shareholders. The Company has diligently complied with all requisite regulatory norms, specifically addressing previous non-compliances under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
