Oriental Rail Infrastructure rises on securing order worth Rs 2.45 crore

The order is for supply and installation of 32 set of coach set of seats and berths for LSCN/BW2 coach

Oriental Rail Infrastructure is currently trading at Rs. 181.40, up by 2.35 points or 1.31% from its previous closing of Rs. 179.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 181.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 184.50 and Rs. 176.25 respectively. So far 3144 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 445.00 on 19-Jul-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 137.20 on 04-Mar-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 191.20 and Rs. 175.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1164.88 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 56.05%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.36% and 43.59% respectively.

Oriental Rail Infrastructure has secured order worth Rs 2.45 crore from Integral Coach Factory (ICF), Chennai, Indian Railways. The order is for supply and installation of 32 set of coach set of seats and berths for LSCN/BW2 coach. The order is to be executed by January 31, 2027.

Delivery is to be made to Furnishing Division/ICF, Chennai. Further, up to 90% of the supply portion shall be made on proof of inspection certificate and Provisional Physical Receipt Certificate and balance payment of 10% of the supply portion along with 100% installation charges will be made after receipt, acceptance of stores by the consignee based on the installation certificate issued by competent authority.
