Artefact Projects gains on securing project worth Rs 5.10 crore

Artefact Projects is currently trading at Rs. 74.05, up by 0.95 points or 1.30% from its previous closing of Rs. 73.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 74.94 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 74.98 and Rs. 73.50 respectively. So far 4855 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 89.74 on 30-Dec-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 52.00 on 09-May-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 77.00 and Rs. 70.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 53.87 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 39.09%, while Non-Institutionsheld 60.91% stake in the company.

Artefact Projects has secured a project from National Highways Authority of India for independent engineer services for construction of new four-lane access controlled Highway from Cuttack (end point of CRRR at NH-16 near Tangi) to Kandarpur on SH- 12 from Design Ch. 0+000 km to 21+225 under NH(O) on Hybrid Annuity Mode in the state of Odisha.

The company has received letter of award (LoA) for the project in Joint Venture with M/s MSV International Inc and in association with Sunnily Consultants. The company’s contracted fees for the above project awarded is Rs 5.10 crore excluding GST. The order is to be executed within 48 months.
