Crizac lists with 14% premium on the BSE

The offering, which was open for subscription between July 2, 2025 and July 4, 2025 was subscribed 59.82 times. The issue price was fixed at Rs 245.00 per share i.e. at upper end of price band of Rs 233-245 apiece.
