Lodha Developers jumps on raising Rs 300 crore through NCDs

Maturity of said NCDs is July 07, 2028

Lodha Developers is currently trading at Rs. 1396.45, up by 21.60 points or 1.57% from its previous closing of Rs. 1374.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1362.20 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1397.30 and Rs. 1361.00 respectively. So far 10858 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1597.15 on 10-Jul-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1036.00 on 17-Mar-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1405.20 and Rs. 1352.15 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 139371.83 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 71.94%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 27.01% and 1.05% respectively.

Lodha Developers has raised Rs 300 crore through allotment of 30,000 senior, secured, redeemable, listed, taxable, transferable, rated non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of Rs 1,00,000 each on private placement basis. Maturity of said NCDs is July 07, 2028. The Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the company has approved the allotment of the same.
