Go Digit General Insurance has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI Listing Regulations, the meeting of the Board of Directors of Go Digit General Insurance (the Company) is scheduled to be held on Monday, 28th July 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2025 and to take on record the limited review report on the unaudited financial results thereon. Accordingly, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company, which has been closed since 1st July 2025 pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in the Securities of Go Digit General Insurance Limited, will remain closed for Insiders and Designated Persons of the Company, including their Immediate Relatives, till Wednesday, 30th July 2025.
