Biocon has informed that it enclosed the Notice of 47th AGM and Integrated Annual Report (FY 25 BRSR and ESG Data Book is a supplement to the Integrated Annual Report) of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25. The same are also made available on the website of the Company at www.biocon.com. In compliance with the applicable Circulars issued by MCA and SEBI, the Notice of the 47th AGM along with the Integrated Annual Report for the Financial Year 2024-25 are being sent only through electronic mode to those Members whose email IDs are registered with the Company/ Registrar and Share Transfer Agents (‘RTA’) or with Depository Participants (‘DPs’). Further, pursuant to Regulation 36(1)(b) of SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company is also sending letter containing the web-link along with the path and QR Code to access the Notice of the 47th AGM and Integrated Annual Report of the Company for Financial Year 2024-2025, to those Members who have not registered their email IDs with the Company/ RTA or with the DPs.
