Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation of its earlier announcement dated July 11, 2025, and in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Kalyani Forge has informed that Rachana Agarwal has resigned from the post of Company Secretary (CS) & Compliance Officer (CO) of the Company with effect from July 10, 2025. In compliance with the requirements, it has attached the revised resignation letter received from Rachana Agarwal, which includes the reason for her resignation.
