Pursuant to Rule 6(3) of Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 and Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, B&A Packaging India has informed that it enclosed the copies of newspaper advertisement in respect of the information sent to the shareholders of the Company with respect to transfer of equity shares to Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority.
