Tata Communications gets nod to raise Rs 1,000 crore via NCDs
The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on July 17, 2025 has approved the same
Tata Communications has received approval for the proposal for raising of funds through issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis, for an amount up to Rs 1,000 crore. The Board also authorized an internal committee to take all actions in respect of finalization of terms of issuance and allotment of NCDs. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on July 17, 2025 has approved the same.
