Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Samsrita Labs has informed that it enclosed copies of each of the Financial Express (English newspaper) and Nava Telangana (Telugu newspaper) dated 19th July, 2025, in which Quick Response Code and the details of the webpage where complete unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2025 are accessible to the Investors, have been published. The aforesaid results were approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on July 18, 2025.
