Pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 47 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Makers Laboratories has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 8th August, 2025, to consider and take on record the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the 1st Quarter ended 30th June, 2025 of the financial year 2025-26. Further, with reference to the above meeting of the Board of Directors, it has already informed vide its letter dated 21st June, 2024 that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Insiders as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed with effect from 1st July, 2024 and until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results, till 10th August, 2024.
