Electronics Mart India has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 05th August 2025 at 12:30 PM, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the First Quarter ended 30 June 2025, after the Audit Committee reviews these results. Further, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and as per the terms of Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed from Tuesday, 01st July 2025 and the same shall re-open after 48 hours of declaration of the said results for Designated Persons and Insiders.
