Magellanic Cloud informs about AGM
In compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs & the SEBI, Magellanic Cloud has informed that the 44th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Company will be held on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at 12:00 pm (IST) through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, September 17, 2025 to Tuesday, September 23, 2025 and Friday, September 12, 2025 has been fixed as the ‘Record Date’ for the purpose of determining eligibility for the Dividend, if declared by the Members at the AGM.
