Rites informs about web link of integrated annual report
In terms of the requirements of Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Rites has informed that the Company has issued letters to the members whose e–mail addresses are not registered with the Company/RTA//Depositories, providing the weblink along with the path to access the Integrated Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2024-25. A copy of the letter is enclosed.
