CEAT, Fortis Healthcare and Syrma SGS Technology to see some action today

Sharika Enterprises has received Purchase Order from JSW Steel for Supply and Services of 220 KV HT Cables and Supply of 33 KV Cable along with accessories

CEAT has made a substantial advancement in its Off-Highway Tyres (OHT) growth strategy by officially acquiring Michelin Group’s CAMSO Construction Compact Line Business, including their Sri Lanka-based Midigama plant and Casting Product plant in Kotugoda. This transaction also grants CEAT global ownership of the CAMSO brand, which will be permanently assigned across categories after a three-year licensing period. CEAT’s acquisition of CAMSO brand marks a major milestone in its journey to becoming a leading global player in the high-margin OHT segment.

Fortis Healthcare’s wholly owned subsidiary -- International Hospital (IHL), has entered into a 15-year lease agreement with RR Lifesciences for a around 200-bed fully operational multi-specialty hospital in Greater Noida. Fortis had been previously managing the facility under an Operations & Management (O&M) arrangement since its launch in October 2022 and will continue to operate the facility as Fortis Hospital Greater Noida under the new lease arrangement.

Syrma SGS Technology has signed a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) with Elemaster S.p.A Tecnologie Elettroniche (Elemaster), a global electronics design and manufacturing leader headquartered in Italy. The joint venture, to be operated through Syrma SGS Design and Manufacturing (to be renamed as ‘Syrma SGS Elemaster’), will establish a dedicated India-focused platform to serve high-reliability customers across the railway, industrial, and medical electronics sectors. The facility will be located at Bommasandra Industrial Area, Bengaluru, with an initial footprint of around 20,000 sq. ft., configured for SMT, THT, and box-build assembly lines. 

Sharika Enterprises has received Purchase Order from JSW Steel for Supply and Services of 220 KV HT Cables and Supply of 33 KV Cable along with accessories at JSW Steel, Dolvi for a consideration of Rs 19.13 crore. 

AXISCADES Technologies has secured significant new orders, across aircraft cabin interiors design and retrofit solutions for international aircraft OEM and cabin interior company. Broad consideration or size of the order(s)/contract(s) is $1.2 million. 

Hero MotoCorp has dispatched 553,727 motorcycles and scooters in August 2025, reflecting an 8% growth compared to August 2024. The company recorded 3.44 lakh VAHAN registrations, indicating consistent demand in both urban and rural areas. VIDA, powered by Hero, continued its strong growth momentum in the country. In August, the brand recorded strong growth with dispatches of 12,275 units and VAHAN registrations of 13,313, driving consistent market share gains for both the month and the fiscal year to date. 

Man Infraconstruction has acquired additional 23% Partnership Interest in Starcrete LLP, (a subsidiary of the Company) on September 01, 2025 and now holds 98% partnership interest in the LLP. Cost of acquisition is Rs 23.75 lakh. The main business of Starcrete LLP was producing, manufacturing, processing, trading, dealing in all kinds of building material products including ready mix concrete (RMC), aggregate, cement and all cement based products, etc. As agreed between Partners of LLP, the main business activity of LLP is changed to carrying out EPC and real estate activities.
