In compliance with Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the Board of Directors of Indianivesh at their meeting held on September 04, 2025 has, inter alia, considered and approved the appointment of M/s. Jajodia & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for an Audit period of five consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26 till FY 2029-30, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
