Soma Papers & Industries has informed that the EGM of the Company was held on Thursday 04th September 2025 at 12.30 PM (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). V. Priya Darshini Lakshmi, Chairperson of the meeting welcomed all the Members present at the meeting. It was noted that the Chairman of the Audit Committee, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Investor Grievance cum Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee were present at the Meeting. The representatives of Statutory Auditor and Secretarial Auditors were also present at the Meeting.
