Pursuant to its earlier intimation dated 4th September, 2025 regarding the execution of a Share Purchase Agreement dated 3rd September, 2025 with Mobavenue Media (‘Mobavenue’) and its existing shareholders for the acquisition of 100% equity shares, Lucent Industries has informed that Mobavenue has been recognized as one of the 11 winners of the ‘Champions of Scale Awards’ at the Aerospike APJ Summit held in Bangalore. Standing alongside prominent technology leaders such as Flipkart, InMobi, PhonePe and others, Mobavenue was selected from a pool of more than 50 nominees. This prestigious recognition underscores the Company’s capability to drive innovation and deliver impact at scale, further validating its strategic growth potential.
