Pursuant to Regulation 39 and other applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers has informed that Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company, MUFG Intime India, has received information regarding request for duplicate Share Certificates from the Shareholder: Sharad L Tibrewala, as details enclosed. The Company shall issue 'letters of confirmation' as per the applicable SEBI circular.
