SIS informs about board meeting
Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, SIS has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, November 05, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. In accordance with the Company’s Insider Trading Code, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for designated persons, their immediate relatives and connected persons from October 1, 2025 and will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.
