Pursuant to the Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors has been scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 4th November, 2025 to, consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and Half Year ended on 30th September, 2025. Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company which is already closed shall remain closed till 6th November, 2025.
