Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations and in continuation of its earlier disclosure dated March 28, 2025, Veranda Learning Solutions has informed that the Regional Director – Southern Region has issued a confirmation order dated October 16, 2025, in connection with the Scheme of Arrangement between Sreedhar CCE Learning Solutions (SCCE) and Veranda Race Learning Solutions (VRLS). The said confirmation order has been received by SCCE and VRLS on October 27, 2025.
