Pursuant to the provisions of Regulations 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Menon Bearings has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today Tuesday, 28th October, 2025, considered and approved the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2025, prepared in accordance with the Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS) as prescribed under the Companies (Indian Accounting Standard) Rules, 2015. Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, it has enclosed the followings as ‘Annexure I’: a) Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2025; and b) Limited Review Reports on the said results received from the Statutory Auditors of the Company. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 11:00 am and concluded at 2:05 pm.
