Pursuant to Regulation 29, 33 and other applicable regulations of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Sterlite Technologies has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, November 06, 2025, to consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. As informed in its intimation dated September 30, 2025 in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and ‘Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in the securities of the Company’, the ‘Trading Window’ for trading in the equity shares of the Company has been closed from October 01, 2025 to November 08, 2025.
