Vikas WSP informs about disclosure
In continuation of earlier communications, the application bearing OC No. 1228/ 2019, is pending before the Hon’ble Adjudicating Authority under Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 wherein in the hearing held on 14th October 2025 the matter was listed for final hearing on 31st October 2025 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the LODR read with Schedule III, Part A, Clause A to the LODR, Vikas WSP has informed that on 31st October 2025, the matter was taken up and arguments were held. The matter is now scheduled for further hearing on 07th November 2025. This disclosure will also be uploaded on the website of the Company (www.vikaswspltd.in).
