Considered and approved the Un-audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2025. The Un-audited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company is enclosed as an (Annexure) in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 30 and 33 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (as amended).
