Pursuant to Regulation 30 & 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it has enclosed Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025 duly approved by the Board of Directors along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 4.00 PM and concluded at 5.02 PM.
