Also attached the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company, as required under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The results will be published in newspapers in terms of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Meeting commenced at 11:00 AM and was concluded by 11:30 AM on the same day.
