Swiggy, Waaree Energies and JSW Cement to see some action today

Premier Explosives has received an export order for Rs 16.40 crore for supply of Commercial Explosives

Swiggy and myBiz, MakeMyTrip's SaaS-based corporate booking platform, have entered into partnership to simplify meal expense management for corporate travellers across the country. With this partnership, corporate travellers can seamlessly order meals through 'Swiggy for Work' on the Swiggy app and pay directly using the myBiz corporate wallet. All transactions are automatically captured in company expense systems, giving finance teams real-time visibility and ensuring policy compliance.

Waaree Energies has received an order from a renowned customer who is a developer and owner-operator of utility scale solar and energy storage projects, for supply of 360 MW Solar modules in financial year 2025-26. 

JSW Cement has signed a Power Purchase Agreement with JSW Green Energy Fifteen for purchase of solar power from captive solar energy power plant and for subscribing to 26% equity stake in JSW Green Energy Fifteen. The object is to meet the requirements under the Electricity Act 2003, Electricity Rules 2005 and other applicable Laws to hold a minimum of 26% shareholding so as to comply with the captive status.

Trualt Bioenergy has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) and Share Purchase Agreement (SPA), with Japan-based Sumitomo Corporation, marking a pivotal milestone in accelerating India’s compressed biogas (CBG) ecosystem. The collaboration aims to develop and scale a robust network of commercial CBG plants. The initial phase includes four CBG production facilities, with scope for additional plants as outlined in the Joint Venture Agreement. The business includes the production, sales, and distribution of CBG, along with value-accretive by-products such as fermented organic manure, biogenic CO2, and carbon credits. 

Solar Industries India has issued Commercial Paper aggregating to an amount of Rs 50 crore on November 11, 2025. Tenure of instrument is 90 days. Date of maturity is February 9, 2026, 

Somi Conveyor Beltings has secured orders amounting to Rs 3.04 crore from Steel Authority of India for Supply of Heavy Duty Material Nylon. The company to supply 800 Metres of Heavy Duty Material Nylon Conveyor Belt of Grade HR-120 at a unit rate of Rs 1,709.70; 4,000 Metres of Heavy Duty Material Nylon Conveyor Belt of Grade M24 at a unit rate of Rs 1,689.00 and 10000 Metres of Heavy Duty Material Nylon Conveyor Belt of Grade M24 at a unit rate of Rs 2,226.75.
