Physical Rubber prices witnessed gains on Tuesday due to strong demand at domestic as well as global markets, while optimism in the automobile sector has also supported rubber prices.
Spot prices for the RSS-4 variety rose to Rs 186/kg to its previous closing of Rs 185/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety gained to Rs 182/kg to its previous closing of Rs 181/ kg.
