With reference to the intimation dated November 11, 2025 regarding outcome of the Board Meeting held on the said date and submission of Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2025 pursuant to regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015, Laxmi Dental has informed that inadvertently, the Standalone Cash Flow Statement was attached in place of the Consolidated Cash Flow Statement and accordingly, the Company is filing this corrigendum by attaching the consolidated cash flow along with the financial results. Only the consolidated cash flow has been attached in this revised intimation and the revenue, expenses, profit and EPS has not undergone any change and there has been no change in any of the figures of the financial results uploaded earlier. The said information shall also be available on the website of the Company at www.laxmidentallimited.com
