Future Consumer has informed that, Birendra Kumar Agrawal (DIN: 00553111), an Independent Director has resigned from Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 11th November, 2025. Consequent to the same, Birendra Kumar Agrawal also ceases to be Chairman of the Company, Chairman and Member of Audit Committee, member of Nomination and Remuneration /Compensation Committee & Stakeholders’ Relationship and Share Transfer Committee of the Company. In his resignation letter, Birendra Kumar Agrawal has stated that the reason for his resignation is due to some extraordinary circumstances. Further, Birendra Kumar Agrawal has also confirmed that there is no other material reason other than what is stated in his letter in relation to his resignation. A copy of resignation letter received from Birendra Kumar Agrawal is enclosed as Annexure A. Disclosure of information pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 is enclosed as Annexure B.
