Sagarsoft (India) has informed that Neelima Kaushik, one of the Independent Director has completed her term as an Independent Director of the Company for the second consecutive term and she was ceased to be a member on the Board and all the Committees with effective from 11th November, 2025. The Board of Directors and the Management of the Company place on record its sincere appreciation for the valuable contributions, guidance and services rendered by Neelima Kaushik during her association with the Company. Necessary details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 in respect of the above are given in the annexure.
