Simplex Mills Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on today, 12th November, 2025, considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2025 and the said Results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee. In this regard, a copy of the said Un-audited Financial Results alongwith the Limited Review Report is enclosed. These are also being made available on the website of the Company at www.simplex-group.com. The Board meeting commenced at 2:15 pm and concluded at 3.15 pm.
