West Leisure Resorts informs about disclosure
West Leisure Resorts has informed that the provisions of Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (the Regulations) are not applicable to the Company by virtue of Regulation 15(2) of the Regulations, as the paid-up equity share capital and the net worth of the Company as on the last day of the previous financial year viz 31.3.2025 were below the limits specified therein. It has declared and certified that the Company’s paid up Equity Share capital as on 31.3.2025 was Rs 305.33 Lakhs and the net worth was Rs 1944.81 Lakhs both of which are below the threshold limits specified under the said Regulation 15(2). Accordingly, the Company is not required to submit ‘Disclosure of the Related Party Transactions’ as per Regulation 23(9) of the Regulations.
