Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Modern Threads (India) has informed that the Board of Directors at their meeting, held on today, 14th November,2025, have approved the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September,2025 along with Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors' thereon. A copy of Un-audited Financial Results along with Auditors' Report thereon are enclosed. The Board meeting commenced at 3.00 pm and concluded at 4.00 pm.
