To approve re-appointment of Mr. Sumant Mimani (DIN: 01251535) as an Independent Director of the Company for a Second term of 5(five) consecutive years with effect from December 29, 2025. The voting period will commence from Thursday, November 27, 2025 IST at 9.00 am and will end on Friday, December 26, 2025, IST at 5.00 pm.
