Skipper informs about newspaper publication of postal ballot notice
In compliance of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Skipper has enclosed the copies of newspaper publications made on 19th November, 2025 in Financial Express (English) and Ek Din (Bengali) (Kolkata edition) towards publication of Postal Ballot Notice in terms of Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Copies of the said publication will be also available on the website of the Company at www.skipperlimited.com.
