With respect to the Rights Issue of fully paid-up Equity Shares of the Company, Indowind Energy has confirmed that in accordance with Regulation 84(1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended (SEBI ICDR Regulations), the Company has issued the following public announcement (the Pre-Issue Advertisement) published on November 27, 2025 in the following newspapers: (i) Financial Express (English national daily newspaper with wide circulation), (ii) Jansatta (Hindi national daily newspaper with wide circulation) and (iii) The Hindu (Tamil daily newspaper / Chennai Edition). It has enclosed copy of the Pre-Issue Advertisement in the above-mentioned newspapers.
