In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (‘LODR’), Containe Technologies has informed that the Company has entered into an engagement with Rontom Automotive, a UK-based Company, for the supply of RONTOM Speed Limiter devices and related components. The aforesaid disclosure is made in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and will also be available on our website at www.containe.in.
